Kellco Group is a full service Home Contractor dedicated to building and improving residential and commercial structures according to client needs and desires. Founded in 2002 and based in Dayton, Ohio, our team of professionals are ready to give your space whatever updates it requires.

Mike and Tacy set out to serve the Dayton area improving people's homes and businesses. Mike is a contractor by trade and has taught himself everything he knows today. He will figure out how to do a project and is not intimidated by the scope of any project put in front of him. Tacy is a trained painter, who can tackle any painting project big or small. The power and drive of these two built the foundation for The Kellco Group.

Today, Kellco Group has grown into a larger family-run business with two of Mike's brothers and sister-in-law, Brian, Chris, and Kristi, now a part of the team. Together, the five members of the leadership team, manage all projects and a team of 10 contractors to make your vision for your home or business a reality.
